These Terms govern your access to and use of Easy AI Voice services. By using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have legal authority to bind yourself and any entity you represent.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the services and related IP.
You are solely responsible for all content, model links, files, outputs, and downstream uses. You must have all rights and permissions required. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use, content, or breach.
We may investigate, remove content, suspend access, terminate accounts, and cooperate with authorities at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason where legally permitted.
Fees are charged as listed at checkout and may change at any time. Unless required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable. We may modify, limit, discontinue, or reprice any feature without liability.
Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, data loss, business interruption, reputational harm, or procurement of substitute services. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the services in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD $50.
You release the Company from all claims and demands arising out of disputes between you and any third party connected to your use of the services.
Where permitted by law, disputes must be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and class actions, jury trials, and representative claims are waived. If arbitration is unavailable, exclusive venue is courts selected by the Company. You consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
These Terms are governed by laws selected by the Company, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where non-waivable law applies.
All provisions that by nature should survive termination do survive. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed and the remainder remains in effect. We may assign these Terms freely; you may not assign without our prior written consent.
We may change these Terms at any time by posting updates. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms, together with policies referenced herein, form the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the services.
